CRY~crying is a release of emotion. When you've had a good cry, you feel like you've cleared your head. cry for everything - and generally feel better afterwards. Some people feel ashamed or afraid to but I treat it the same way as laughing - it's just a reaction to something. It doesn't make you weak, in fact it can make you stronger because it helps you get something out your system..

I've learned...that there are people who love you dearly, but just don't know how to show it.
